Mailbox Holders Must Read!

Congratulations on your new professional street address. This is not the final step. All Mailbox Holders must sign and complete the 1583 form and register as a Mailbox Holder. Your mailbox will not remain open if you have not registered within the first 30 days.

If you have completed the 1583 Form and provided the required two forms of identifation your last steps are just to register.

Mailbox Holders will have to register yearly to update contact info and identification.
