Everyone will not be accepted . Requirements are based on the type of Investor that's needed at the time and their investment threshold. 

Details of each investment project will only be released to approved NBBC Investors & Members.

  • Must be ok being a silent partner in some of the investments

  • Must have a minimum of $1k or more at the time of the investment

  • Must attend monthly meeting on open projects

  • Must sign a NDA before investing
