Membership Policy

**Membership Cancellation Policy**

At Business 911 Small Business Center, we value our members and strive to provide exceptional service
at all times. In an effort to ensure clarity and transparency regarding membership cancellations, the following policy is established:

1. **30-Day Cancellation Notice:** All members are required to provide a minimum of 30 days' notice for the cancellation of their membership. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the automatic renewal of the membership for the subsequent subscription period, and the member will be charged accordingly.

2. **Cancellation Procedure:** To initiate the cancellation of a membership, members must contact the Business 911 Small Business Center to formally request the cancellation. If a cancellation request is received within the 30-day window, the member will be charged for the upcoming subscription period.

3. **Financial Provider Contact:** In the event that a member wishes to cancel their membership before the 30-day notice period, it is the member's responsibility to contact their financial provider to prevent the upcoming payment from being processed.

4. **Payment Obligation:** Members are obligated to fulfill any outstanding payments for the current subscription period, even in the event of a cancellation. Failure to make the required payment will result in the member being held responsible for any outstanding balance.

5. **Reinstatement Fee:** If a membership includes a mailbox rental and is canceled, there may be a reinstatement fee of $29.99 if the member wishes to reinstate their membership at a later date.

By becoming a member of Business 911 Small Business Center, all individuals agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy serves as an agreement between Business 911 Small Business Center and its members, and any violation of these terms may result in appropriate action being taken by the center.
