    To change the highlighted areas in the MOU template and revert them back to a regular clear or white background, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the MOU template in a word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

    2. Look for the highlighted areas in the template. These are typically marked with a yellow background or some other distinguishing color.

    3. Select the highlighted area by clicking and dragging your cursor over the text or by clicking at the beginning of the highlighted area and then holding the Shift key while clicking at the end of the highlighted area.

    4. Once the text is selected, go to the formatting options in your word processing software. This is usually found in the toolbar at the top of the window.

    5. Look for an option to change the background color or highlight color. It may be represented by a paint bucket icon or a color palette.

    6. Click on the background color or highlight color option to open a color picker or a list of predefined colors.

    7. Choose the regular clear or white background color. This is typically represented by a transparent or white color.

    8. Apply the selected background color to the highlighted area by clicking on it. The highlighted area should now have the new background color, which is clear or white.

    9. Repeat these steps for each highlighted area in the template that needs to be altered. By following these steps, you can change the highlighted areas in the MOU template back to a regular clear or white background.

    This will allow you to customize and edit the template based on your specific requirements.
