If you already had an active LLC in 2025, it's time to file.  Unless it was started in 2025. It's time for renewal.
* If you just started in 2025, you will be due January 2026 ( late as of 4/15 )
If all your information is the same, or if addresses have changed.
Please let us know.
Make sure you have permission to list your previous registered agent if another business or person. 
If you have several businesses, you must pay a renewal fee for each business.
