Frequently asked questions
Mailbox Recipients are other a person, business family members, other individuals, or other business employees that wish to receive mail under their/that name.
For example, if you signup for an account and you wish to share it with your sister, she will count as an additional recipient and would be required to complete a USPS Form 1583 and provide the required ID.
A RECIPIENT: Is the person or business name the mail will come in.
Basic Package: One Business Or Person
Standard Package: One Person, Two Businesses Or Two People, One Business
Premium: Up to 5 - Businesses or /and People
No! Each plan is month to month and you are not required to signup for an extended period of time. You may cancel your account at any time. Mailbox payments will NOT be prorated and must be cancelled (30) Days in advance, cancellations made after scheduled payments will incur upcoming month billing.
No matter where you are in the world, if you need to receive the physical copies of your mail, we can forward it to you anywhere! We simply charge Postage + $3 per shipment. For example, if you have ten envelopes you would like forwarded, simply charge Postage + $3.
Premium Mailbox holders are only charged Postage Fees. or $15.99 per 10 Parcels
Each plan includes a set amount of page scans per month. As long as you stay within those limits, there are no additional charges to have your mail scanned. Most customers fit comfortably on the Standard plan. If you don't want to upgrade but want pages scanned. You can do so for .50 cents per page.
You have (5) days or less to contact our office with a new credit card for payment. There will be a $25 Reinstate Fee billed on all mailbox accounts more than 5 days late.
If your payment is more then 14 days late. You will be notified via text & email that there will be a hold on all mail until balance is paid. If balance is not paid by day 21. You box will go into the suspension process and all mail be returned to sender after 30 days past due.

* Make sure to add name and name of business. Cancellations will go into effect (15-30) days from date of cancellation.
Example: Mailbox Rental Due / Paid ( 1/1/2019 ) , you cancel (1/29/2019 ) you will still be billed for (2/1/2019) you will not be billed for (3/1/2019)
* For immediate cancellation, you will need to contact your bank. You will be billed for any balance due.
