If you already had an active LLC in 2024, it's time to file.  Unless it was started in 2025. It's time for renewal.
* If you just started in 2024, you will be due January 2025 ( late as of 4/15 )
If all your information is the same or if addresses have changed.
Please let us know. Make sure you have permission to list your previous registered agent if another business or person.
If you have several businesses, you must pay a renewal fee for each business.
