If you are a Auto Mechanic or Fix Cars and we're looking for more clients. You would reach out and look for people who own a car.

Or if you are a Chef or Cook who's speciality is Vegan Food, then you should be marketing in the Vegan Groups and promoting in Health Stores or Vegetarian Communities.
