How do i know if my reservation was approved?


A Business 911 representative will contact you within 24 Hours via email. If you haven't received a call within 24 hours, please contact our office (919)58-2911




Where do i pay for my reservation?


Room Rental Reservations can be paid via invoice, cashapp ($jerseyshey) or cash in office. Booking policy and agreement will need to be signed before space can be held. ( ID is needed for all rentals ) * If unable to get to the center, you may dowload our rental application, complete it and scan and send it with a copy of your id.




What forms of payment do you except?


We except several forms of payment: 1. Cash 2. Pay Pal ($10 Fee) 3. Cashapp ($jerseyshey) 4. Credit Card ($5 Fee)




What if i need more time then what i booked?


If you need to add more time, you will need to make sure there is no event scheduled after yours. If there is no event. You can purchase additional hours at the hourly rate. Rates are NOT prorated. You will be charged for the full hour. The additional time will need to paid at the time of request. No time is billed.




Do i need to pay a deposit?


Bookings under $200 must be paid in full. Bookings over $200 half down deposit required. No refunds on deposits. May be transferable with a booking reschedule fee if done more then 45 Days BEFORE event. ( Reschedule fee: $75 )




Do non profits get a discount on room rates?


Yes, you must provie Letter Of Determination from the IRS and register in our Non Profit Network. Contact us for registration infomation at info@business911now.com




What if i need to cancel my booking?


Payments for event space is NON refundable. You may reschedule (1) time within 45 days of original scheduled date.




Do I need to get tables and chairs?


Yes, we provide rental of tables and chairs if needed. Pricing Below: #10 people = $25 #50 people = $75 #100 people = $150 #200 people = $300 #300 people = $430 * 1 Table 4 People Per Table




How many people does each room hold?


THE COURT: Holds up to #300 MULTIPURPOSE ROOM: Holds up to #50 THE STUDIO: Holds up to #15




Can I sell Alcohol at my event?


You will need a one day liquor license to sell alcohol. We can provide you the liquor license application if needed. Please speak to our booking agent for more information.




Can I have a Food Truck?


Yes! You can have a food truck ( licensed ) to serve at your event. We recommend he park in the rear of the building.




Do i get time for set up and clean up?


Yes! You get (30) Minutes BEFORE your scheduled event time and (30) Minutes AFTER youe scheduled time. You may be charged for anytime used after. Please text or call our Facility Contact to notifiy of any early arrival or additional time needed. (919) 589-2911 Shey / Ravon (704) 441-3132




Can I leave things in the space if i book for more then (1) day?


Unfortunately you will need to remove things and all items after each event. Multiple events are booked daily and we do not want to responsible to items.
